What is your return policy?
Yoli offers a 100% 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee to Customers (including Preferred Customers) on opened and unopened products that are returned to the company within 30 days from the date of delivery to the Customer. If the order is received between 31 and 90 days from the date of delivery, the Customer is eligible to receive a 90% refund (10% restocking fee applied). Returned items received back to the corporate office after 90 days from Customer delivery date are not refunded. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

What is the process and timeframe for a refund?
All packages must have pre-paid shipping; Yoli does not accept shipping collect packages. Yoli is not responsible for packages that are lost during the return process. If an order is refused by the customer and returned to Yoli a $15.00 refusal fee will be applied and taken from the refund amount.
You must contact Customer Service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once an order has been returned to our facility the refund is processed within 72 business hours. The refund amount is returned to the credit card on which the order was charged.
What are the expected delivery times of an order?
UPS Ground: 7-10 days (although often orders arrive earlier)
UPS Next Day: Next business day delivery as long as order is placed before noon Mountain Time. Example: Order placed on Tuesday before noon will be delivered on Wednesday. Order placed on Friday before noon will be delivered on Monday.
UPS 2nd Day: Two business day delivery as long as order is placed before noon Mountain Time.
Surepost: 7-10 days (order is originally picked up by UPS then transferred to local USPS for delivery).
USPS: 7-10 days
The delivery times stated are estimated by Yoli and are not official carrier time frames. Not all delivery options are available for all areas. UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. Delivery times are based off of when the order will ship. Order fulfillment and shipping does not occur on weekends or major holidays.
How much money can I expect to earn as an Independent Member?
The earning potential you have at Yoli can be life-changing. The amount of money you make as a Yoli Member will depend upon many factors, including your personal goals and the amount of time and effort you choose to invest in your business. Some Yoli Members operate their businesses on a part-time basis with the intent of meeting short-term financial goals while others choose to set goals that lead to Yoli being their full time job. While it is impossible to guarantee that a particular level of income can be earned, how much you earn in your Yoli business is strictly up to you.
What is Direct Selling?
Direct selling is a way to sell products or services person-to-person, away from a fixed retail location. A direct sales business allows you to connect with customers one-on-one, in groups at parties or through online tools, catalogs or by phone. Yoli uses Better Body Parties as a venue for Members to promote and sell products.

A direct-selling opportunity is a viable option for people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds. It is an especially good opportunity for those who want more flexibility and control over their lives, who enjoy working with people, who have an entrepreneurial spirit, and who have a strong desire to transform other’s lives both physically and emotionally.
What is the difference between a retail customer, a preferred customer, or a Member?
Retail customers pay Retail Price (Example: Transformation Kit $340.00). A retail customer can choose to become a Preferred Customer and receive the wholesale pricing (Transformation Kit $285.94) on all of Yoli’s products, by signing up for a monthly autoship. A Member is interested in sharing Yoli with others, and the business opportunity. By paying a membership fee they are also entitled to wholesale pricing along with the ability to build a business and earn commissions.

Simply clicking on the “shop now” button on any of our product pages will lead you to the three different shopping options (retail, preferred customer, or member). You can also call our customer service department at 1-888-295-9009 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. MT.

When you order Yoli products online from websites like Amazon or eBay there’s no guarantee that you’re getting fresh, unopened product, and while you may think you’re getting a good bargain, that’s not necessarily the case. Additionally, Yoli is unable to offer any product guarantees for product purchases through an unauthorized seller. To maintain the integrity of our product and business opportunity, Yoli expressly prohibits product resale on online shopping platforms. It’s in your best interest to buy products directly from a Yoli Member, on Yoli’s official website, or by calling our Customer Service Department.
